We’ve worked with some fantastic cigar-related entities in the NYC market. Our favorite such event was sponsoring a whisky dinner with the Smoking Shields. We were honored to bring Glenmorangie and Ardbeg single malts to a gala event honoring fallen officers.
Smoking Shields was established in 2015 to address the lack of a fraternal organization of law enforcement professionals who shared their passion of enjoying premium cigars and a desire to help our Nation’s heroes.
The Smoking Shields’ provides financial assistance to Law Enforcement professionals and our Nation’s military and their immediate families nationwide. The Smoking Shields is comprised of all areas of Law Enforcement, including Federal, State, County, City, Town / Village agencies.
We also partnered with the great Matthias Clock and Fine Tobacco NYC, co-hosting a series of cigar and whisky pairing sessions at the Carnegie Club – one of Manhattan’s best cigar lounges. Sadly, there aren’t many smoker-friendly establishments left in the New York Metro Area, so it’s important to support these establishments and cigar advocacy groups like Fine Tobacco NYC.
To incorporate whisky & cigars doesn’t necessarily have to involve smoking right then and there. We can help you incorporate some good smokes with a virtual tasting kit or as a party favor. It’s often necessary for the smokers in the group to unite after a tasting and step outside for a smoking social on the sidewalk where new friends are made.
